ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches across a variety of coaching disciplines. ICF defines Coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

In 2020, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) celebrates 25 years as the global organization for coaches and Coaching.

As your coach I am also your accountability partner, meaning that I need to be sure that you will keep your engagement and be present, especially at the beginning as you will not feel like showing up to our meeting.

For this matter, I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for coaching session.

I have to be rigid without exception to ensure we are fair to all clients, you achieve your goals, and to organize full day appointments.

If you cancel after the cancellation period, you will lose the session. You will automatically be fully charged, meaning that the session will be deducted from your package.

Please note that any e-mails sent looking for an exception will not be responded to.

In Coaching, we talk about the model. It provides a framework and communicates the unique style and steps we are going to follow.

I have created my model and named it:

O pportunity Identification : Recognize the opportunities that align with your skills and passions. Find new paths or untapped potential areas that could propel you forward.
R esource Alignment : Gather the right tools, support, and knowledge needed to succeed. This might include skills development, networking, or leveraging existing resources.
